As with all referral services, the costs relate to the complexity and time required to treat the case. Additionally, the extra time and cost of our vets gaining their specialised qualifications and experience is reflected in the cost of treatment.
Whilst we cannot give a detailed estimate until we see your patient, we will always discuss costs and provide an estimate of the fees involved before any treatment is commenced.
Guidance on insurance
If your client’s pet is insured then where we can, we will claim payment directly from the insurance company so your client does not have to pay the full amount at the time of treatment.
If your client’s pet is not insured, then full payment for treatment will be required at the time of treatment. However, please talk to us if there are extenuating circumstances.
What your client needs to bring to their appointment:
All medical records, X-rays and test results.
- A copy of their insurance policy
- A completed copy of the insurance claim form signed by the holder of the insurance
- A bank statement with proof of the latest insurance premium payment
