Do you do direct claims?
Where possible, we’ll claim payment directly from your client’s insurance company, so they don’t have to pay the full amount. Should their insurance company not provide full payment, clients will remain liable for any outstanding amount on their bill. Clients are advised to bring:
- A copy of the insurance claim form, signed and completed by the policyholder (a copy is required for each visit)
- A copy of the insurance policy
- A bank statement with proof of latest insurance premium payment
- A method of payment in case payment of excess is required
We’ll complete the claim form on your client’s behalf and submit it to their insurance company.
It is the client’s responsibility to check their relevant policy. Excess is applicable to each individual condition that’s claimed for. On some policies, the excess may also include a percentage of the total amount claimed
I’m not sure if a case requires referral. How can I find out?
We’re happy to provide free advice to help you evaluate your case and decide if it warrants a referral. Please call or email us at GWE.Enquiries@Vets-now.com to discuss.
Can I request that one particular clinician sees my client?
Yes, assuming the case resides within the clinician’s field of expertise.
We tailor our service to suit you, so we’ll do our best to accommodate any preferences you might have. We’ll also inform you if there’s a long wait time and another similarly qualified member of staff can see your client sooner— but the final decision will be yours.
