This session will address avian consults spanning the whole journey. Dr Lucia Gomez will discuss all things Avian, how to diagnose the most common presentation, how to start investigations and treatment options.

About the speaker

Dr Lucia Gomez MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon

Lucia is one of Great Western Exotics, exotic veterinary interns who qualified in 2017 at the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain). She has worked in a variety of small animal and exotics clinics and has done work experience at a zoo in Spain. Lucia moved to England in 2019 to gain experience with exotic animals. Lucia has a special interest in reptile medicine, zoo animal medicine and surgery.
